Come and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with Heather Christine! Heather will be performing live on stage at Mississauga’s Living Arts Centre on Friday, March 17, 2023 at 7:30pm for Celtic Roots 2023! Celtic Roots is a A Celebration of Irish & Celtic Music – an exciting musical stage show created by Heather Christine and musician Matt Zaddy. Come sing along and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with classic Irish music including songs by the Dubliners, Celtic Women, the Irish Rovers, the Chieftains and more!
With a mix of Irish song, storytelling, dance and audience participation, Celtic Roots is a family friendly performance celebrating all things Irish and Celtic. Matt and Heather both have Irish and Scottish heritage. They weave stories of family coming to Canada in with traditional and modern Celtic classics, with the stories behind the songs. Accompanied by championship Irish Dancers, this event makes for an unforgettable evening of entertainment for all to enjoy. Enjoy world class performances by award-winning musicians Brigit O’Regan (fiddle) and Jacob McCauley (bodhrán).
